Sale Bill of land lying in the county of Randolph belonging to the estate of
Abner Bankston decd. Sold January 5th 1847.  Sold on a credit of twelve months,
and if not paid within fifteen days after maturity, to bear interest from the
date thereof.

Lot of land No. 210 in the 9th dist. Originally Lee county, now Randolph county
with turning gear & cotton gin:
	To Samuel S. Greer for       $1011.00
