Item First: I give, bequeath and devise to my wife, Mary Culbreth, the following property to wit: one-third undivided interest in Lot Land No. 93 in the Fifth District of said Randolph Co., Georgia Homeplace. One cow and calf, her selection and one horse or mule, her selection, her lifetime and at death, then the said one-third undivided in the said lot of land, No.93, to revert to my two daughters, Willie and Mollie, share and share a like, in my said land. Item Second: I give, beqeath and devise to my son, James M. Culbreth, seventy-five acres, off the South End of West half of lot of land No. (62) sixty-two in the Sixth District of said county. Item Three: I give, bequeath and devise to my oldest daughter, Martha Culbreth, Twenty-five acres of land off the south end of the west half of Lot No. (62) sixty-two in the Sixth District of said county. This being extra for her long and untiring services to me and my wife. Item Fourth: I give unto my three daughters Martha, Sarah, and Rachel, one lot of land in the Fifth District of said County No. (62) Sixty-two containing two hundred two and one half acres (202 1/2) more or less to share and share alike. Item Fifth: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Frances B. Jernigan, lot of land No. (60) Sixty in the Fifth District of said County, containing Two hundred Two and one-half acres, more or less. Item Sixth: I hereby constitute and appoint my son-in-law, Richard C. White, Executor of this my last Will and Testament. This is the 4th day of April 1895.
