Term 1850 wife M.A. Tinsley sons Thomas Tinsley, all my land lying north of Smotoschobie Creek and all lying south of the Creek, I give to my son, Philip Tinsley Daughters Adeline Hooks and Almeda Jackson my daughter Almire Jernigan Gr. Dtr. Betsy Ann Jernigan, the only heir of Ann Hernigan deceased Third if there should be anything over after the distributing of my estate as above mentioned it should be equally divided between Almery Jernigan, Adaline Hooks, Thomas Tinsley, Almeda Jackson, Philip Tinsley, Betsy Ann Jernigan, my grandaughter Witnesses G.E. Holloway, T.W. Ansley, Richard Thornton proven at the regular Term in open court upon oaths of William Garner and Thomas W.
