(Foot stone - B. P.) MRS. SARAH PUGH Relict of D. A. Pugh Born July 9 1827 Died Sept. 26 1900 "Asleep in Jesus far from thee They kindred and thy grave may be, But there is still blessed sleep From which none ever wakes to weep." (Foot stone - S. P.) MR. J. B. PUGH Born Oct 5 1854 Died Jan 18 1899 "Brother thou wert mild and lowly Gentle as the summer breeze Pleasant as the sir of evening When it floats among the trees." (Foot stone - J. B. P.) Notes: This cemetery plot may be part of a much larger cemetery dating before 1889 in the Summerville Community of Richmond County. There is evidence of other graves as of this date.
