Gustavus KENNEDY applies for letters of administration on the estate & effects 
of James BOND, deceased, the kindred & creditors of the deceased cited to file 
their objections in the clerk's office/if any they have/within the time 
prescribed by law.

Citation issued fees $2.25 paid

Additional Comments:
The ink was heavily laid in places on this document, therefore, some of the 
words were more difficult to make out such as the surname Bond.  Use this 
transcription as a guide and please check the original document for yourself, 
especially to verify the name of the deceased on this particular LOA.
