Candler to Waters Dunn Admrs. of W. Candler to W. Dunn deed for 150 acres Recorded 5 Feby 1800 This Indenture made this eighth day of August in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand and seven hundred and eighty eight and the thirteenth year of the independence of the United States of America between Elisabeth Dysart & Henry Chandler Admrs. Of the estate of William Chandler Dec. of State of Georgia & County of Richmond of the one part and Waters Dunn of the same County of the other part witnesseth that the said Elisabeth Dysart and Henry Chandler for and in the consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds Sterling lawful money of said State to them in hand paid by the said Waters Dunn on or before the sealing and delivery of the presents the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained & sold and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell & confirm unto the said Waters Dunn his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land containing one hundred fifty acres be the same more or less being part of three hundred acres & fifty a survey originally to William Few & bounded as follows N by James Brown, N.W. by William Few S.E. by the same & Southwestwardly by William Few reference being had to a plat of the same in the margin will fully appear together with all & singular the rights members & appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said one hundred & fifty acres of land being belonging or in anywise appertaining & the remainders and revisions, rents and profits and every part thereof to have and to hold the said one hundred & fifty acres of land and all & singular the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof to the use and behoof of the said Waters Dunn his heirs and assigns forever and the said Elisabeth Dysart & Henry Candler for themselves their heirs and assigns the said one hundred & fifty acres of land & premises aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Waters Dunn his heirs and assigns against them the said Elisabeth Dysart and Henry Candler & their heirs and all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant & forever defend by these presents. In witness whreof the said Elisabeth Dysart and Henry Candler have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written. Elisabeth Dysart Signed Seald and delivered H. Candler, Admr In presence of Abm. Alx. Frankling Waters Dunn Senr. This day personally appeared Abm. A. Frankling and Watter Dunn Senr. And made oath that they were present and saw Elisabeth Dysart and Henry Candler Admrs. of the Estate of Wm Candler decd sign seal & deliver the within deed of conveyance to Watters Dunn.
