Richardson to Isaac Clyatt, Deed, Ent. l3th day Aug. 1768, THIS INDENTURE made the f'itteenth day of August in the year of our Lord Christ One Thousand seven hundred and Seventy-Six, between Daniel Richardson in the Provicice of Georgia and Parish of Saint Paul of the One part and lsaac Clyatt of the same Province of the other part WITHESSETH that for and, in consideration of the sum of Ten Pounds current money of Georgia in hand paid to him the said Daniel Richardson the Receipt is hereby acknowledged, he the said Daniel Richardson hath granted bargained, sold. Aliened ,,..... conveyed and confirmed and by these presents Doth bargain sell, Alein ,... and confirm unto the said Isaac Clyatt his heirs and Assigns forever, a certain "Tract, piece or parcel of land------- containing Seventy four Acres situate, lying & being in the Province and Pariah aforesaid, and on a branch of Redd Creek and joining othier lands of the said Daniel Richardson and is bounded as follows beginning at a Water Oak thence no. 40 W 25 Chains 20 links to a Red Oak, thence no. 50 E 30 Chains to a Stake thence So 40 E 25 uhains 20 links to a stake, and So 50 W. 30 Chains to the beginning - which said Seventy-four Acres of Land is part of 150 Acres of land granted to the said Daniel Richardson bearing date the fifth day of July 1774 to have & to hold the aforesaid Seventy four Acres of land with the appurtenances, and all rights privileges and improvements to the same in anywise belonging to him the said Isaac Clyatt his heirs and forever - to the only proper use benefit & Behoof of him the said Isaac Clyatt his Heirs & Assigns Forever - and the said Daniel Richardson for himself his Heirs and Assigns doth hereby covenant & agree to & with the said, Isaac Clyatt, rent, be the said laaac Clyatt his heirs and Assigns shall and may forever hereafter peaceably and quietly have, hold, occupy possess & enjoy the aforesaid granted Seventy four Acres of land a premises without the let or molestation of any person whatsoever & free & clear from all manner of incumbrance whatsoever, and the said Daniel Richardson for his heirs, execuiors Administrators or Assigns shall at any time hereafter bring a suit in law & equity against him the said Isaac Clyatt his heirs or assigns for the above said Seventy four Acres of land & premises to the said lsaac Clyatt his Heirs or Assigns and Also pay to the said Isaac Clyatt his Heirs or Assigns the full and just sum of ten pounds current money of Georgia the same being the consideration money mentioned in the above written Indenture and the said Daniel Richard son doth oblige himself his heirs Executors & Administrators to warrant & Defend the aforegranted lands & premises to him the said Isaac Clyatt his heirs & Assigns Forever, against the claim of i all persons v/hatsoever - IN WITNESS the said Daniel Richardson hath hereunto set his hand & seal day and year first above written.
