....aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Joseph GANAHL, his heirs 
and assigns forever.  And the said John GINDRAT and Sarah L., his wife and 
their heirs, the lots of land and premises aforesaid and every part thereof 
unto the said Joseph GANAHL his heirs and assigns against them the said John 
GINDRAT and Sarah L. his wife and their heirs, and all an every other person 
and persons whomsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these 
presents.    In witness whereof the said John GINDRAT and Sarah L. his wife 
have hereunto set their hands and seals this day and year first above written.

Mrs. Sarah L. GINDRAT, wife of the within  named John GINDRAT, came this day 
personally before me and on her examination seperate and apart from her said 
husband acknolwedged and declared that she signed the within deed with her 
said husband without force of fear, with an intention thereby to renounce and 
forever relinquish all claim to dower or thirds to the lots of land therein 
conveyed.

Additional Comments:
This partial transcription was submitted because of the additional names on 
this deed.  Two other deeds were submitted where Joseph GANAHL's name 
appeared.  Hopefully this may be helpful for those researching any of the 
surnames mentioned in this deed.
