District of Edgefield

I do hereby declare and make known that I have no claim to a lot of land 
situate lying and being in the City of Augusta in the State of Georgia, known 
by no. 21 (number twenty-one) containing in from on Broad Street fifty four 
feet and in depth two hundred and seven feet bounded southwardly by Broad 
Street, Eastwardly by part of lot no. 21 (number twenty-one) in possession of 
Scott/Seth? PHILLIPS, northwardly by another part of lot no. 21 (twenty-one) 
belonging to Rueben COLEMAN and westwardly by another part of said lot no. 21 
(twenty-one) formerly the property of Charles HILL and further that I have no 
claim to the buildings on said lot.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my 
hand and seal at Campbellton in the state and district aforesaid, this second 
day of March, one thousand and eight hundred & five.

8th March 1805  Joshua HAMMOND being duly deposeth and saith that he saw 
William MORGAN subscribe this instrument and William GARRET, the other 
subscribing witness.

P.?  Durkes?, J.P.  Personally appeared before me Wm. GARRETT, one of the 
subscribing witnesses to the within ? and made oath that he saw the same 
signed by Wm. MORGAN and ? to ? ? ? by him.
