Inman Home is Bought and Re-Sold

The rapid rate at which Augusta real estate is advancing was shown recently by 
the sale and resale of the Inman home, 1606 Central Avenue.
On February 3nd Mrs. Hattie L. Beard bought the property from Mrs. Mamie H. 
Inman for the sum of $4,600. The next day she resold it to Mr. John J. Cohen, 
Sr. for $5,500, a profit of $900.00.
The deeds were filed in the office of the clerk of superior court on Saturday.
