G. C. Culpepper Buys Mrs. Tyler's Home

Messers Blanchard and Calhoun, real estate agents, announce the sale of the 
beautiful bungalow belonging to Mrs. J. J. Tyler, 2211 Central Avenue, to 
George C. Culpepper at the price of $10,000.
The house considered, one of the most beautiful and elaborate bungalow in 
Augusta. It is stated that Mr. Culpepper had purchased the property within 
twenty four hours after it had been placed in the hands of the real estate 
firm.
