After providing that all his just debts be paid, Mr Lott left to his sister, Mrs Sallie C Lott, a tract of 28 acres of land in the 121st district of Richmond County, during her life. He stipulated that after her death, the property both real and personal, he bequeathed to his sister, Mrs Lott, in fee simple, and appointed her executrix of his estate. The will was made July 26, 1933.
