Dies at Edie, GA
Monday Feb 20, 1911

Funeral This Morning From Gracewood Church

Mr. Augustus E. Burch, an aged farmer of Edie GA passed away late Saturday 
night after an illness of several months.  His death occurred at the home of 
his nephew, Mr. W.H. Brandon. He was 89 years of age at the time of his death 
and had been hale and hearty and worked on his farm every day up to the time he 
became ill several months ago.  Mr. Burch was a veteran soldier and was well 
known and respected.

The funeral will take place at 11 o'clock this morning from the Gracewood 
Methodist Church of which church deceased was a faithful and consistent 
member.  Rev. R.F. Mize will officiate at the funeral sevices and the interment 
will take place in the Brandon Cemetery.
