                         Roy Lee Carroll
 Roy Lee Carroll of 127 Eve St. died Friday.
 Funeral arrangements will be announced by Platt's Funeral Home.
 Mr. Carroll was a native of Candler County and had lived in Augusta for 50 
years. He was a self-employed house painter and a member of Belclear Heights 
Baptist Church of Belvedere, SC.
 Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mary Cooper Carroll, Augusta; two sons, 
John C. Carroll, Chattanooga, Tenn. and Bobby J. Carroll, Martinez; two 
sisters, Mrs. Ella Hardin, Augusra and Mrs. Emma Rickard, Augusta; one 
brother, Troy E. Carroll, Augusta.

Additional Comments:
Roy was born to James Collons Carroll and Martha June Edenfield Carroll. 
Georgia death certificate #037602.
