Mr. Robert DeWeen, Retired Chemical Operator

Mr. Robert DeWeen, 86, died Monday, May 1, 2000, at University Hospital.
Graveside services
will be at 3pm, Wednesday at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Allen
McDonald officiating.

Mr. DeWeen, a lifelong resident of Augusta, had retired as a chemical
operator from
Philadelphia Quartz.

Survivors include three daughters, Edith Louise DeWeen, Katherine Ellen
Neal and Lisa Kay
Jennings, all of Augusta; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm today at Poteet Funeral
Home, Greene St.
