Howard Godbee died
Suddenly in a Store

Young Man residing on Hill Street suddenly succumbed yesterday

Mr. Howard Jennings Godbee, aged thirty five years, who lived at 813 Hill 
Street, died  last night at a grocery store on the corner of Hill and Young 
Street.  Mr. Godbee had been ill for some time and last evening he went to the 
store to purchase some provisions.  He suddenly became ill and died with a few 
minutes.  Heart trouble is said to have been the cause of death.

The funeral will be from the residence.  Rev. O.P. Gilbert officiating and 
internment will occur at West View cemetery this afternoon at 5 o'clock.ns
