The Augusta Chronicle

William M. Goodwin, died December 31, 1924 in Augusta, Ga. He is survived by 
his wife, Nancy Elizabeth Goodwin, sons, Ora P. and W.C. Goodwin; daughter, 
George G. Griffith; brothers, Thomas Goodwin of McBean and Jacob (Jake)Goodwin 
of Augusta; mother, Mrs. Loamie Hurt Goodwin; and two grand children. Funeral 
services were held at Elliott and Sons Funeral Home on January 2, 1925. 
Interment West View Cemetery.
