The deceased was 72 years old and had been ill for about two weeks. The funeral will be conducted from Elliott & Sons Funeral Home this afternoon at 3 o'clock with Rev JJ Copeland officiating and interment will follow in West View Cemetery. The survivors are: two sons, William Edward Touchstone, of Plant City, Fla, and John Wesley Touchstone, of Bath; four sisters, Mrs Lizzie Taylor, Mrs Isabella Kent, Mrs Caroline Mills and Mrs Rena Kelly, all of Augusta; fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The following gentlemen will act as pall bearers; CC Bramlett, WE Kent, ER Mills, FM Kelly, LL Kent and GA Mills. Camp 435, UCV, will attend the funeral in a body.
