Mrs Williamson
Mrs Arthur B Williamson Sr, 55, of 1016 West St, N Augusta, died unexpectedly 
Wednesday at her residence.
The former Ruth Jones, she was the daughter of Jasper Jones and Vinnie Jones.  
She had lived in Augusta and North Augusta for most of her life.  Mrs 
Williamson was a cashier.
Survivors include one son, Sgt Arthur B Williamson Jr, Augusta; two sisters, 
Mrs Tom Cooper, Augusta, and Mrs Jasper Liptack, Pickens, SC; five 
brothers,Harold Jones, Hephzibah, Ga, Woodward Jones, Tampa, Fla, Eugene Jones, 
and Jasper Jones, Jacksonville, Fla.
Funeral services will be announced by Poteet Funeral Home.

Mrs Ruth Williamson
Funeral services for Mrs Ruth Jones Williamson, 55, of 1016 Weston St., North 
Augusta, who died Wednesday at her residence, will be conducted at 11 am today 
at the Poteet Funeral Home chapel by the Rev Larry Childs.  Burial will be in 
West View Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Sgt Arthur B Williamson Jr, Augusta; two sisters, 
Mrs Tom Cooper, Augusta, and Mrs Jasper Liptack, Pickens, SC; six brothers, 
Harold Jones, Hephzibah, Ga, Woodward Jones, Tampa, Fla, Eugene Jones, and 
Edward Jones, Pickens, SC, Jasper Jones, Jacksonville, Fla, and Grady Jones, 
Augusta.
Pallbearers will be Clarence Williamson, Robert E Lever, Henry Williamson, 
Chester Steed, Wallace Holden and Harry Larry.
