Personal Items

Miss Eugenia Walton died at her home at Augusta on last Saturday morning from 
an operation for appendicitis.  The news of her death was received in Talbotton 
by telegram to Mrs. P.M. Weston.  Miss Walton was a sister of Mrs. Roscoe 
Perkins and spent some time here last summer as the guest of Mrs. Weston.  She 
received many social attentions and was quite popular, and the news of her 
death caused much regret.
