SAVANNAH FOSHEE DIED EARLY YESTERDAY Highly Esteemed Augusta Woman Passes Away at Age of Forty-Eight Mrs. Savannah Foshee died early Sunday morning at her residence, 1836 Broad St., after an illness of about 10 weeks. The funeral will be held from the residence this morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. Thomas Walker officiating, and interment will be made in Westview Cemetery. Besides her husband, Mr. James D. Foshee, the deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. C.R. Cadden and Miss Maggie Foshee of Augusta; her father, Mr. James Ellis of this city, one brother, Mr. W.H. Ellis of Hephzibah, and two grandchildren. Mrs. Foshee was a highly esteemed woman, and her death will come as a shock to many friends in Augusta and this section.
