Graveside services will be held at 2 pm today in Westover Memorial Park with the Rev Rudolph Baker officiating, assisted by the Rev Richard Long. Mr Wilkinson was a lifelong resident of Richmond County and had operated Wilkinson's Cafe since World War II. He had served in the US Navy during World War II and was a life member of St John United Methodist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs Julia Roberta Dawson Wilkinson, Hephzibah; three sons, John C Wilkinson Jr, Titusville, Fla, James E Wilkinson, and David D Wilkinson, Hephzibah ; one brother, Robert J Wilkinson Jr, North Augusta.
