Augusta Chronicle May 2, 1913
Mr. Thos. D. Price died yesterday afternoon
Mr. Thomas Daniel Price died at his residence yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock 
after an illness of one week.  He was 82 years of age.  Funeral services will 
be held at the Second Baptist Church, of which he was for many years a member, 
this morning at 11 o'clock, conducted by the pastor, Rev. O.P. Gilbert.  The 
Rev. Thomas Walker, pastor of the Crawford Avenue Baptist Church, will assist 
in the holding of the services.  Interment will be in the West View Cemetery.
Mr. Price is survived by two sons, Mr. T.L. Price of Augusta, and Mr. J.E. 
Price of Atlanta; two daughters, Mrs. J.G. Thompson of Augusta, and Mrs. 
Robert Jones of Langley, SC; one sister, Mrs. Frances Wood, who resides in 
Kansas.
The pallbearers are Messrs. Charlie Tice, Newton Belding, R.T. Tutor, Charlie 
Rowland, J.B. Adams and E.S. Belding.

Additional Comments:
Thomas Price was the son of Daniel and Francis Price of Edgefield Dist., SC.  
He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Johnson of Windsor, SC.
