WISE AND OTHERWISE
     The aged and venerable father of Mr. James R. Randall, of the Augusta (Ga) 
Chronicle & Constitutionalist, peacefully passed from earth, at his home in 
Baltimore, one day last week. Editor Randall pays a tender, touching tribute to 
the memory of his dead parent, and says that the author of “Maryland, my 
Maryland,” is proud to know that he is the son of such a father.
