Sunday after an extended illness, according to the information received here. Mrs. Swearingen was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Sylvester Hall, Sr. residents of Augusta, both of whom died last fall. She is well known in Augusta, having lived here most of her life before moving to Atlanta. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. W.H. Hathaway of Atlanta; three brothers, Alfred Hall of Atlanta, H.S. Hall Jr,. of Augusta, and Joseph Hall of Wrens; three sisters, Mrs. James T. Swint, of Stillson, Ga , Mrs. Gordon B. Usry of Mitchell, Ga and Leola Hall of Augusta, and four grandchildren.
