Wynn of Gadsden County, Florida, but at present of the county and state first aforesaid, being weak in body but sound of disposing mind, make this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit. First, I desire all my just debts to be paid. Secondly, I give to my nephew, Jackson Dearborn the sum of one thousand dollars but should he die without leaving a child, they I give and bequeath the said sum to my brother John and his heirs forever. Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my mother my negro boy Isaac during her natural life, and after her death I give the said boy to my brother John and his heirs forever. Fourthly, I give and bequeath to my brother John, five hundred dollars to be held by him and employed and his discretion in trust for my sister Mary Brown. Fifthly, I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of the estate both real and personal of which I may die possessed to my said brother John Wynn, to him and his heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said brother John Wynn to be Executor of this my last will and Testament. Mann Jenina + Johnson her mark Additional Comments: Fields Farrow Wynn died shortly after the will was written and was probated by the Honorable Judge Charles DuPont October4,1834 in Gadsden County, Florida.
