N. Hudson, died at his son’s, Mr. David Hudson’s in Sheffield district, yesterday morning about 8 o’clock. He was one of the oldest citizens in the county, being 91 years and 7 days old when he died. He will be buried today at Salem Church in Sheffield district. Rev. J. M. Brittain will preach his funeral and the burial will take place about 12 o’clock. The Solid South, January 30, 1886 Charles Hudson, a veteran of the war of 1812, a relative and intimate friend of Henry Clay, died Saturday at Conyers, Ga., aged 90 years.
