Georgia Enterprise, July 14, 1898
  Mr. Gus Kent, of Rockdale county, was accidentally killed by a shot gun in his
own hand one day last week. He was fishing and had a double-barrel shot gun
with him. He stepped on a slippery rock and fell. Both loads of the gun entering
his neck killing him instantly.
