The Solid South, June 27, 1891
  Mrs. J. P. Nicholson died at her home in Sheffield district last Monday.
She had been sick for some time with catarrhal fever. Her remains were buried
Tuesday at Philadelphia church, Rev. H. M. Quillian conducting the Funeral
services. She was a member of the Methodist church at that place.
