Dr. Posey Dead
     Dr. G. W. Posey, who cut his throat with his pocket knife at his home in 
Decatur last Wednesday morning, died from the wound on Friday.
     Dr. Posey had been ill for some time and together with financial trouble, 
it is thought that his mind had become somewhat unbalanced and resulted in the 
rash act which caused his death.
     The deceased with his family formerly lived in Conyers, and have many 
friends here who are sorry to learn of his death.
     The remains of Dr. Posey were laid to rest at Decatur on Saturday, after 
funeral services, ________  _________  of the Methodist Church there. The 
BANNER extends sympathy to the bereaved.
