Death of Mrs. Ray
     After a protracted illness of several months, Mrs. Ray, wife of Mr. John 
D. Ray, died at her home in Lorraine district last Sunday. The remains were 
carried to Flat Shoals, in Henry County where the funeral and interment 
occurred. Elder John F. Almand conducted the funeral services.
     The deceased leaves a husband, several children, and many relatives and 
friends to mourn her death. We extend sympathy.
