Will of Ephriam Cook 22 Mar 1919 Rockdale County, GA WILL OF EPHRIAM F. COOK GEORGIA, Rockdale County: I, E. F. Cook of said state and county and of sound mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, revoking all other wills heretofore made by me. Item 1st: I will that my body be burried in a manner suit- able to my condition in life, and the expenses be paid with my other just debts. Item 2: I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Elizabeth Cook my home place in Conyers Ga with all livestock, tools of all kinds, household and kitchen furniture, farm containing forty acres more or less, with the right to sell the same and to reinvest in another home if she so desires, she to sell at private or public sale without any order and to make deeds of conveyance. As she is the sole beneficiary in my life policy of $2,173.00 dollars, she will not need any dower or year's support. She is to have all the farm products such as corn, cotton, cotton seed, and automobile. Item 3: I will that my home place near Union Church be kept in the family if agreeable to my children, if they want to sell the same, sell to each other or divide it up any way to make it equal among them. As I have paid out for L. F. Cook the amount of $1500.00 dollars, he is to have no more until the others is made up equal, then whatever remains is to be equally divided among my seven children share and share alike. Lee is to pay no interest on this amount. Denzer to have my gold watch and chain. Cora to have my red ring. I hereby appoint W. B. Cook and A. D.
