in conference invited visiting Brothers to seats with us
first open the doors of the church for membership
Brother Robert Allen presented himself to be restored  and was received in 
full fellowship and call for his lettr and it was granted to him
call for Bisness that come under the head of gospell order non
Being the regular tim to apoint delegates to the assosation apointed this 
Brethern
Brother ? Hart  J S Womack  brother R M Raney
Being the regular time to call ministe(r?) the church sent a call and they 
call Brother Griffin by aclimation
apointed a comity to notify the Brother of his call  Brother Griffin came in 
to the conference and stated that he new no Reason why he should not serve the 
church another year
August 11 Recev Miss Mary Rany and Miss Jane Bivins in to the church
August 12 Rec Mrs Lou(?) Cracken(?) and W.H. Cracken(?) in the church for 
Baptism

Received Brother Barny Hart and Sister Emma Hart in to the (church) by lettr
