In the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, charge and accuse Z.C. 
Aldridge with the offense of A MISDEMEANOR, for that the said Z.C. Aldridge on 
the 7th day of April in the year 1901, in the county aforesaid, did then and 
there, unlawfully and with force and arms, by using abusive language, by 
saying aloud to J.W. Brewer, "You are a liar" and by otherwise indecently 
acting, interrupt and disturb a congregation of persons lawfully asembled for 
Divine service at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in said County contrary to the 
laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
