To all and singular the Sheriff's pf said state---Greeting.

We command you, That the Goods and Chattles, Lands and Tenements of J.L. Kent 
you cause to be made the sum of Fifty-Two Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents, 
Principal, and the further sum of Three Dollars, and Nine cents, Interest, up 
to the 28th day of October 1861; and also the further sum of Eleven Dollars 
and Twenty-five cents for Cost, with interest on the principal sum, from the 
28th day of October 1861 which Stevens & Bros. lately in our Superior Court 
for said county, recovered against James L. Kent for Principal, Interest and 
Cost; and that you have the said several sums of money before the Judge of 
said court on the 4th Monday in April next, to render to the said Stevens & 
Bros. the Principal, Interest and Costs aforesaid; and have you then and there 
this writ.

Witness the Hon. Edmund H. Worrill, Judge of said court, this 6th day of 
September 1862.
