Sup. Court Execution
(printed at the office of the "Sumter Republican," Americus, Ga.)

GEORGIA, SCHLEY COUNTY
To All and Singular the Sheriffs of Said State---Greeting:

WE COMMAND YOU, that of the goods and chattles, lands and tenements of 
Sterling J. McCrory, principal & Charles R. Tondee, security on appeal, you 
cause to be made the sum of One Hundred Dollars and 00 Cents, principal and 
also the further sum of Two Hundred Fourteen Dollars and Seventy Cents, for 
cost, with interest on the principal sum, from the Twenty-sixth day of April, 
1859, which Samuel Caskey, lately in our Superior Court for said county, 
recovered against Sterling J. McCrory, principal & Charles R. Tondee, Secty., 
for Principal, Interest and Cost; and that you have the said several sums of 
money before the Judge of said court on the fourth Monday in October next, to 
render to the said Samuel Caskey, the principal, interest and costs 
aforesaid:  and have you then and there this Writ:

WITNESS, The Honorable Edmund H. Worrill, Judge of said Court, this 22nd day 
of July, 1859.
