It appearing to the court that an original fi fa of which the within and 
foregoing is a true copy has been lost, it is therefore considered ordered and 
ajudged by the court that the said copy fi fa be established in lieu of said 
original fi fa so lost as aforesaid and that said copy be placed on the 
register of this court.

26, 1859.

I have this day levied this Fi Fa on Forty Acres of land more or less off of 
lot of land No. 132, originaly Lee, then Sumter, now Schley County as the 
property of S.J. McCrory, the defendant and given him written notice of said 
levy by leaving it at his residence as servis of the levy.  This October 29th 
1860.
