Z.A. Littlejohn, judge of the Superior Court of said County, at the Court House in Americus, Georgia, at Chambers, on the 18th Nov., 1911, for an order for the undersigned as Guardian of Norine Wiggins, to sell for reinvestment, one-third interest in a house and lot in Ellaville, Georgia, now occupied by Mrs. Fannie Cheney, and bounded on the East by Broad Street, on the North by J.C. Rainey, on the West by A. Allen and J.C. Rainey, and on the South by Wm. Allen. Said petition alleges that said house is badly in need of repairs, and that as he as Guardian aforesaid, only has control of one third, and that there will be great expense in repairing the same; and that the proceeds are to be invested in a house and lot in Boston, Georgia which pays more rent and is not in need of repairs.
