Albritton of the 1st part and J.G. Ursy of the other part both of said County and State. Witnesseth that the said J.C. Albritton for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid hath this day granted, bargained, sold and doth by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey all that tract or parcel of land known as the north half of Lot No. Sixty Seven (67) in 3d District situate lying and being in the originally Muscogee now Schley County to the said J.G. Ursy, his heirs and assigns to have and to hold to their own proper use and benefit forever in “Fee Simple” and the said J.C. Albritton for himself, his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title against the claims of himself but not against the claims of any other person or persons whatsoever. In witness whereof he has this day set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written. J.C. Albritton (LS) Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of James J. West G.H.
