Schley County Deed Book A, Page 588 State of Georgia Schley County This Indenture made and entered into this 6th day of November A.D. Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Two between Casamarias Albritton of the State and County aforesaid and J.G. Ursy of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the Casamarias Albritton for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars to her in hand paid at and before the delivery of these presents the receipt whereof if thereby acknowledged has granted, bargained and sold and released and conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain, sell and convey unto the said J.G. Ursy his heirs and assigns one half of an undivided interest in a certain lot of land Sixty-One (61) in the Third District of originally Muscogee now Schley County containing Two Hundred Two and One Half acres more or less to have and to hold the said half a parcel of land to him the said J.G. Usry, his heirs and assigns together with all singular the rights members and appartenances thereunto belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Casamarias Albritton for herself, her heirs, administrators and executors the said bargained premises to the said J.G. Ursy his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against the claims of all person or persons whatever.
