This Indenture made and entered unto this the 12th day of
March in the year Eighteen Hundred and Fifty-Eight, between
John C. Albritton of the County and State aforesaid of the
one part, and Edward Floury of the same place of the other
part.  Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the love
and affection which the said Albritton have and bears to his
wife, Casamarias, the said John C. has this day granted,
bargained and sold unto the said Edward Floury in trust for
his wife Casamarias and her children, that is for the
benefit of the children which she had by her former husband
William Mitchel together with the children she now has or
may have by the said John C., the following property to wit.

One lot of land number (93) Ninety Three in the Third
District or originally Muscogee now Schley County,
containing Two Hundred Two & a Half acres more or less, also
a Negro Woman, Kessiah, fifty years of age, Ephram, a girl
fifteen years of age, Frank, a boy, seven years of age,
Angeline, a girl, seven years of age, together with one Mule
and Buggy.  To have and to hold the said premises and
Negroes for the sole use and benefit of my said wife and her
children as aforesaid free from the debts or liabilities of
myself or any future husband that she may have forever.  And
said property upon the death of my said wife shall be
equally divided between my children and the children of my
said wife by the said Mitchel.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal.
