Written: October 17, 1868

GEORGIA
SCHLEY COUNTY

To J.S. Johnson, E.W. Johnson and Greenberry Johnson, executors on the estate 
of Matchet Johnson deas (deceased?).  You are hereby notified to be and appear 
at the next Superior court to be held for said county on the 4th Monday in 
March 1888 and to bring with you into said court a certain deed from William 
B. Davis and E.R. Alexander, executors of Archibald Davis deas of Munro County 
to Matchet Johnson to Lot of land No. 157 in 29th district Schley county said 
deed being dated 17 day October 1868 and witnessed by ?? Johnson and Cary Cox 
J.P. to be rec'd in evidence by the Plaintiffs in case of Mrs. Armenta Hill 
etal vs. E.W. Johnson pending in said court herein.  Fail not under the 
penalty of the law.  Witness the Hon. Allen Fort, Judge of said court this 
February 18th 1888.
