Hill, of the county of Schley, of the one part, and J.S. Hill, of the county of Schley, of the second part, witnesseth: That the said A. Hill, for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey, and confirm unto the said J.S. Hill, his heirs and assigns, all of six acres of land in the north west corner of lot of land No. (86) eighty-six in the third dist. of Schley County, Georgia and described as follows: commencing just half the distance from the G. Dixon old residence to west line of No. 86 above mentioned and running with the public road heading west to Tazewell about one acre wide, thence north to lands of Mrs. J.M. Hearn, thence east about one acre thence south to same public road and containing six acres of land previously owned by Dr. Mapp. To have and to hold the said bargained premises, with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said J.S. Hill, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee simple; and the said A. Hill, the said bargain premises unto the said J.S. Hill, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and against the said A. Hill, his heirs, executors, and administrators, and against all and every other person or persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof, the said A. Hill has hereunto set his hand, affixed his seal, and delivered these presents, the day and year first above written.
