Hart of the State and County aforesaid of the one part, and Augustus E. Hart of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Samuel E. Hart for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars; to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and does by these presents sell, grant, bargain and convey unto the said Augustus E. hart his heirs and assigns, that tract or parcel of land situated and lying in the 30th? District of said County known and distinguished in the place of said District by the Number 166 one hundred and sixty six containing one hundred one and one quarter oa an acre more or less, with all the rights members and appurtences thereunto belonging to have and to hold the aforesaid described half of lot of land unto him the said Augustus E. hart, his heirs and assigns together with all the rights-members and appurtences to the said half of a lot of land in anywise belonging to his or their own proper use, benefit-and behalf in Tusimple, Sold the said Samuel E. Hart for himself heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises together with the right title, and ______thereof unto him the said Augustus E. Hart his heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend the rights, and titles, against themselves and against the claim of all other relatives. In testimony whereof the said Samuel E.
