Know all men By these presents that
Arthor Hill duly constitued Administrator of the
Estate, both seal and personal of E. Hill late of Schley
County, deceased, by virtue of an order of the Court of
Ordinary of Schley Conty, granted at the regular Sept
Term, nineteen Hundred and six of said court notice of
application for said order having been previously published
in terms of the law, did, on the final Tuesday in November
Nineteen Hundred and six within the legal hours of sale,
put up and expose for sale at public Outcry, before the
Court house door at Ellaville in the County of Schley
the real Estate hereinafter described, when the same was
Knocked off to J.S. Rogers of the County of Marion
being the higest and best bidder, at the price of Twelve
Hundred and Fifty Dollars

Now, for and in consider
ation of the said sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty
Dollars, cash in hand paid by the said J. S. Rogers
the receipt where of is here by acknowledged he the said
Arthor Hill as Administrator as aforesaid, have granted,
bargained, and sold, and do by these presents grant, bargain
and sell so far as the office of Administator authorized him
unto the said J S Rogers the following described Real
Estate to wit: two Hundred two & one half 202 1/2 acres
of Lot No 149 + Two Hundred two & on half (202 1/2) acres
of Lot No 150 + North half of Lot No 139 containing 101
acres more or less + North half of Lot No 140 containing
101 1/4 acres more or less making 607 acres more or less
in a body & Known as the Moon place in the 3rd Dist
of Schley Co. Ga. To Have and to hold the same, together
with all the rights, members, and appurtenances theseto
belonging, unto the said J S Rogers his heirs and assi
gns forever, in as full and ample a manner as the
same was seized, possessed, and enjoyed by the said
E. Hill at the time of his death.
In Witness Whereof the said Arthor Hill as Administrator
as aforesaud, have hereunto set This my hand and affixed
his seal, this 6th day of November Nineteen Hundred and
six
