State of Georgia, Schley County      Worth Co. Deed Book 56, pg. 80-1.


THIS INDENTURE, Made the 12th day of November, in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty
Five, between Arthur Hill of the county of Schley of he
one part, and J.H. Gunter of the county of Worth of the
other part.  Witnesseth:  That said Arthur Hill for and
in consideration of he sum of Four Hundred($400.00)
Dollars in hand at or before the sealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has granted bargained, sold, aliened,
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, alein, convey and confirm unto the said
J.H. Gunter, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or
parcel of land lying and being in the County of Worth,
State of Georgia, all according to a plat and survey of
said town of Shingler, formerly called "Turner" made by
Edward Wilson, Civil Engineer and on file in the office
of J.S. Betts Company of Ashburn, Georgia.  Said lot
being part of lot of land No. 447 in the 7th District of
Worth County, Georgia.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said bargained premises, with
all and singular the rights,members and appurtenances
thereto appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of Him and the said J.H. Gunter, his heirs,
executors, and administrators, and assigns; in fee
simple; and the said Arthur Hill the said bargained
premises unto the J.H. Gunter, his heirs, executors,
administrators, and against all and every other person or
persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend, by
virtue of these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF:  The said Arthur Hill has hereunto
set his hand, affixed his seal and delivered the
presents, the day and year first above written.

NOTE:
The property was in Worth Co., but the deed was drawn in
Schley where Arthur Hill(son of Elbert Hill and wife of Mary Ella Woodall Patton ) was a life long resident.
