Josiah Hill(son of Archibald Hill of Taylor County)was uncle to Arthur Hill(son of Elbert Hill and wife of Mary Ella Woodall Patton), although Josiah was some 8 years younger than Arthur.
 
STATE OF GEORGIA, SCHLEY COUNTY.  Worth Deed Book 30, pg. 599

This indenture, made this 5th day of January in the year
of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Twentyone between Arthur
Hill of the County of Schley of the first part, and J.S.
Hill of the County of Worth of the second part.

Witnesseth that the said Arthur Hill of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Sixteen Hundred
and Fifty($1650.00)Dollars in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold and
by these presents does remise, release, and forever
quitclaim to the said J.S. Hill his heirs and assigns,
all the right, title, interest, claim or demand the said
Arthur Hill has or may have had in and to the following
described land to-wit:  Beginning at the Northeast corner
of lands of Tempie J. Bass and running South 516 yards,
thence East 207 2/3 yards thence North 516 yards, thence
West 207 2/3 yards to starting point, and containing 21
5/7 acres, more or less.

Also a tract of land beginning at the Northeast corner of
lot No. 428 and running South 516 yards thence East 177
11/14 yards, thence North 516 yards, thence West 177
11/14 yards to starting point, containing 18 6/7 acres,
more or less.  Also a tract of land belonging to C.W.
Trammell and running South 516 yards, thence East 180
11/14 yards, thence North 516 yards, thence West 180
11/14 yards to starting point, containing 18 6/7 acres
more or less.  All said tracts of lands being a part of
lot of land No. 428 in the 7th district, Worth County,
Ga.  This deed is made to convey any title held under a
deed from the grantee herein to the grantor herein, which
deed is of record in the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Worth County, in record of deeds book
"Y", pages 516 and 517, and which deed was made to secure
a loan.  With all the rights, members and appurtenances
to the said J.S. Hill in anywise appertaining or
belonging.

To have and to hold the said above described land to the
said J.S. Hill so that neither the said Arthur Hill nor
his heirs nor any other person or persons claiming under
him shall at any time, by any means or ways, have, claim,
or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or
its appurtenances, or any rights thereof.  In witness
whereof the said Arthur Hill has hereunto set his hand
and affixed his seal the day and year first above
