LEGAL ADVERTISEMENTS
Georgia, Schley County
Because of default under the terms and provisions of the deed to secure debt 
executed by Mrs. Anna Lee Hobbs to the Land Bank Commissioner, dated the 30th 
day of January, 1934, and recorded in the clerk's office of the Schley County 
Superior Court in Book Q, Page 473, which deed, and the note and indebtedness 
secured thereby, are owned and held by Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation, the 
undersigned has declared the entire unpaid amount of the indebtedness secured 
by said deed due and payable, and, acting under the power of sale contained in 
said deed, for the purpose of paying said indebtedness, will, on the 5th day 
of August 1941, during the legal hours of sale at the court house in said 
county, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the lands 
described in said deed to wit:  One hundred eight and one tenth acres of land, 
more or less, in the 946th Militia District and Third Land District of Schley 
County, Georgia, located on the Ellaville-Charing Public Road, said land being 
now or formerly bounded on the north by land of Watson and Halley; east by 
land of Farmers and Merchants Bank of Charing; South and West by land of Sam 
Jordan, and being the same land described in the security deed executed by 
Mrs. Anna Lee Hobbs to the Land Bank Commissioner, January 30, 1934, and 
recorded in book Q, page 473, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court 
of Schley County, Georgia, to the record of which deed reference is hereby 
made for a more particular description.  A deed will be executed to the 
purchaser as authorized by the aforementioned loan deed.  This 7th day of 
July, 1941.  Federal Farm Mortgage Corp., J.C. Rainey, attorney.  

Additional Comments:
(Tanscriber's note:  I believe that Mrs. Anna Lee Hobbs was born Anna Lee 
Jinks and married Robert James Hobbs in Taylor County on 28 Dec, 1897.  They 
are found in the Patton Hill district of northern Schley county on the 1920 
census, chilldren are Henry W., 20; Maze, 15; Felton, 7; Grace, 4; and Edna, 
1.)
