Lots 5,6,7 Block "B" City of Ellaville
Written: March 17, 1914

State of Georgia, Schley County.
This indenture, made the 17th day of  March 1914, between M.L. Tidwell, of 
Harris County, Georgia, Mrs. C.A. Smith, of Wood County, Texas, D.P. Murphy, 
of Fulton County, Georgia, H.P. Murphy, of Sumter County, Georgia, C.A. 
Murphy, of Cook County, Illinois, and Mrs. E.L. Bridges, of Schley County, 
Georgia, all of the heirs at law of W.W, Tidwell, late of said county, 
deceased, of the first part, and P.Z. Hill, of Schley County, Georgia, of the 
second part, Witnesseth:  That the said M.L. Tidwell, Mrs. C.A. Smith, D.P. 
Murphy, H.P. Murphy, C.A. Murphy and Mrs. E.L. Bridges, heirs aqforesaid, for 
and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Sixty Five Dollars, in hand 
paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold aliened, 
conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, 
alien, convey, and confirm unto the said P.Z. Hill his heirs and assigns, all 
of the following described real estate, to wit:  "Three certain lots known as 
a part of the Tidwell estate on the east side of the street running north and 
south by the jail and scholl (school) house, said lots more clearly described 
as being lots 5,6, and 7, in block "B" of the blue print plat of said lands 
which plat is made a part of this deed, said lots being that portion of the 
Tidwell estate lying and being between the old Tidwell house and the negro 
house occupied by Georgia Clark, the demensions of same being 90 feet by 215 
feet, bound on the west by street, on the south by the old Tidwell lot, now 
owned by J.T. Royal.  Being in the City of Ellaville, 30th land district of 
Schley County, Georgia."   To have and to hold the said bargained premises, 
with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto 
appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof of him the said P.Z. 
Hill, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee simple.  And 
the said M.L. Tidwell, (Mrs.) C.A. Smith, D.P. Murphy, H.P. Murphy, C.A. 
Murphy, and Mrs. E.L. Bridges, heirs at law as aforesaid, will ever warrant 
and defend the title to said premises, as against themselves or against the 
claims of any other person or persons, and does warrant and defend by virtue 
of these presents.

In witness whereof, we, the said M.L. Tidwell, (Mrs.) C.A. Smith, D.P. Murphy, 
H.P. Murphy, C.A. Murphy, and Mrs. E.L. Bridges, heirs at law as aforesaid 
have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals, the day and year written 
above.

Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of D.A. Peacock, (2nd signature 
unreadable).
