I have a copy of a document from the Schley County records,
of Robert T Bivins Stating that he is legally authorized to
practice medicine by virtue of a medical diploma  regularly
issued to him from the Jefferson Medical College in
Philadelphia in the state of Pennsylvania in the United
States of America, which said diploma is dated at said
College in Philiadelphia on the 15th day of March in the
year 1859 and signed and sealed with the seal of said
college by the following faculty of said College. (there are
eight names of Professors but I cannot make them all out and
they include Professor of:
Anatomy
Obstetrics
Chemistry
Surgery
Theraputics

I cannot make out the rest.
